Why Have Humans Always Created Rituals????

Humans have always marked beginnings, endings, transitions, and seasons with ritual. A ritual gives an ordinary action a beginning, an ending, and meaning. It helps us slow down, pay attention and feel more connected to our lives. A ritual doesn't have to be sacred to matter. Sometimes it's juts the things you do often enough that your body begins to recognize what comes next.

Clear the counters, put away that last dish, lower the lights, and diffuse 3 drops Green Mandarin + 2 drops Douglas Fir while the kitchen settles down. It gives the room a clean, warm finish without making the whole thing feel like another cleaning routine.

Put the kettle on and give the process a few extra minutes. Ginger tea with a little cardamom is warm, aromatic, and especially good when the weather starts changing. If you want to experiment with essential oils in tea, use only an oil specifically labeled for internal use. One drop can be plenty for an entire mug. or just diffuse Cardamom + Ginger while you drink.
Feeling:
warm / spiced / settle
